For twenty-six years, The Oak Pit Steak House has been owned and managed by the same family. We take a personal interest in providing the highest quality food, consistent preparation, tantalizing presentation and attentive service. Our atmosphere could be described as "casual yet elegant".
We want our customers to feel comfortable, whether just coming from a day at the lake, or celebrating a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary. We have two separate dining areas, each with its own ambience. One section of the restaurant is very cozy, adorn with whimsical decorations, high ceilings that are lit by street lamps and an antique full cocktail lounge. The other section of the restaurant is more traditional, with lots of windows and lattice work. We can accommodate romantic dinners or family get-togethers with equal ease. We also have private rooms that are perfect for business meetings or presentations.
